OTC Product Manager

II/ Job Descriptions :

  1. Planning, developing marketing strategies and implement tactical plans to ensure marketing and sales objectives for a particular product or group of products are met.
  2. Develop short and long term plans, analyze market research findings, prepare budget, evaluate inventory requirements, design promotional campaigns and integrate management inputs to establish the strategic direction of the product in terms of profit, sales, market share, growth and desired market positioning;
  3. Plan strategies, evaluate factors for effective branding of the product; optimize pricing based on market price dynamics; facilitate adaptation of product packaging to local setting; manage product life cycle in view of initiatives for new indications, extensions, modifications and other life cycle strategies;
  4. Setting up product strategies and objectives according to the company strategy;
  5. Ensure that product marketing strategies and tactical programmes are developed and implemented to improve market performance;
  6. Facilitate implementation of market intelligence strategies; Analyze competitive market information & prepare competitor counter;
  7. Finding out developmental opportunities, assessment of possibilities of new product launching;
  8. Understands the customers and environment: conducts market research if necessary;
  9. New product development & launching;
  10. Sales forecasting;
  11. Product budget expenditure in line with the plans;
  12. Monitor performance and controls A & P budge;
  13. Building the closed relationship between PF and key customers;
  14. Develop advertising, promotion and communication campaigns;
  15. Supporting field force reach sales target;
  16. Conduct training for Sales Rep as needed, including Product Knowledge, Obstacle Handling and Promotional Materials;
  17. Follow up goods shipment and production & inform to sales force;
  18. Co-ordinate with regulatory department to follow visa registration situation & have plan to re-new or new registration;
  19. Ensure all business activities in compliance with the company, corporate and industry code of conduct;
  20. Address logistical and administrative requirements to ensure availability of necessary resources product;
  21. Fulfill any additional task if requested by BOD


  1. Master/ Bachelor’s degree of Pharmacist (Must to)
  2. Experience in Marketing field
  3. English: Good in speaking, listening, reading & writing;
  4. High motivation level with strong drive achieve result contribute to company’s profitability, willing to develop;
  5. Professional personal appearance, creative, enthusiasm, team work, hard working, reliability, strong communication, under pressure of work, independence, confidence.
